With a background at UNC-Chapel Hill and years spent navigating the complex HR and Operations landscapes of tech, fintech, banking, and hospitality, I’ve seen it all. I’ve helped startups find their footing and established firms streamline their chaos. HanKar Solutions was born from the desire to bring this high-level expertise to individual entrepreneurs who need a true partner, not just a task-taker.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and kids. I love reading, going on walks and learning new things.
